Thank you so much for your interest in our venue! With each rental we are closer and closer to keeping our doors open through this pandemic so know that even your inquiry is appreciated! Below are some of the rental details:

Current Rates:

$160 per hour before midnight

$200 after midnight

No minimums or maximum rental hours

Capacity:

Our capacity is reduced with a preferred party size of 70 people in total. However the maximum is 100 people.

Covid Prevention Supplies:

We’re happy to provide complimentary hand sanitizer and masks to you and your guests during your time here with us.

Pre-Booking Walkthrough:

We require anyone who books our venue to do a walkthrough before they book if they've never been here before. To schedule a walkthrough please text 530-921-4070 for availability.

Deposits:

To lock in your date and time we only require nonrefundable $100 deposit. We also require a $500 Damage/Garbage Deposit (based on type of event, hours, etc) that is fully refundable if everything is left the way you found it after your event. Deposits are returned within 48 hours after the event.

Equipment:

Our rentals come with dining tables, food/banquet tables and chairs. We also have an in-house party equipment rental company who can provide anything you'd need for decorating and customizing your event. They can be reached by calling Mary, owner of Balloon Works at (707) 712-1100.

Booking:

All rentals are on a first come, first served basis. To lock in your date and time slot a deposit of $100 can be paid via: CashApp @ $OnePeopleTribe or Apple Pay or Zelle 530-921-4070.
